Backstage Platform Engineer
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client is looking for a resource to plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and support development workspaces for multiple tech stacks that can be used by software developers across the company. The ideal candidate will have proven full stack application development experience, strong skills with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React, experience with container platforms, and experience implementing and supporting Backstage.

Required:
– Proven full-stack application development experience
– Experience working in Agile methodology and as highly-collaborative Agile team member
– Mastery with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, etc.
– Proven experience working in a Linux environment
– Proven experience working with container platforms and developing applications in a containerized environment
Plusses:
– Experience implementing and supporting Backstage
– Experience in designing and developing enterprise-class Cloud-based development environments.
– Proficiency with additional technologies such as Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
