Lead Accessibility Analyst

Fully Remote

Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Lead Accessibility Analyst to work with Corporate HR and Legal teams to provide accessibility requirements and success criteria in alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA and perform assessments of digital applications to confirm adherence. The ideal candidate will have experience with common systems used in HR and Legal departments as well as testing tools like Evinced, WAVE, Axe, Chrome DevTools and with assistive technologies such as screen readers (JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver). Experience with Angular is a huge plus as are CPACC or WAS certifications. This is a fully remote position but candidates must live and work in the US and follow an Eastern Time Zone work schedule.

Required:

– Experience with various common systems used in the HR and Legal (e.g., HCM, LMS, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Case Management systems, etc.). Having experience with three or more of these is most ideal

– Experience using accessibility testing tools (Evinced, WAVE, Axe, Chrome DevTools) and assistive technologies, such as screen readers (JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver)

– Knowledge of front-end development tools, including semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA

– Familiarity with WCAG and US disability laws

– Experience with User Experience Services in development and audit of WCAG or related compliance

Plusses:

– CPACC or WAS certifications

– Angular
