Business Systems Consultant - Workday HCM
Fully RemoteOur Fortune 100 client has a fully REMOTE opening for a Lead Business Systems Consultant on a 15-month contract. Your role would focus on requirements gathering, testing, and configuration of different components and modules related to their implementation of Workday HCM (including position management, compensation, payroll, ime and attendance, etc). You would also be involved in HCM integrations with other 3rd party vendor applications.

Required:
– Workday Core HCM/HR advanced experience, including system configuration, writing requirements, testing, user functionality/permissions, etc.
– Position Management experience (including implementing PM at a large organization with high volume recruiting needs).
– Experience coordinating with other Workday module resources where there is crossover with Core HCM, including employee and manager facing business processes.
