Help Desk Analyst (Application Support) – Little Rock, AR

Our client located in Little Rock is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide application support for various court systems. This resource will be responsible for answering calls and emails from customers, diagnosing problems, and helping troubleshoot customer support issues. This position requres excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment that can become stressful at times. The ability to interface with all levels of agency officials is also required. This position requires full-time onsite work. Local candidates only!
